Terms of Service

These Terms govern your participation in the Creator Circle partner program operated by Creator Circle Partner LLC. By applying or accepting a brand deliverable, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (19 in some Canadian provinces). You must own the social media accounts and email address you submit, and the audience there must be genuine (no purchased followers or engagement).

2. No credential collection

We will never ask for your passwords, login codes, 2FA codes, or government ID. You agree not to share those with anyone claiming to represent us.

3. Brand collaborations

Each brand deliverable is governed by the brief you accept. Payment of $50–$2,500 per deliverable is sent 7–10 business days after we confirm delivery. You may decline any brief without penalty.

4. Affiliate

Commissions of up to 30% are paid monthly on the 5th for the prior month. Refunds and chargebacks within 30 days will be deducted from upcoming payouts.

5. Paid community

Community membership is $100/month, cancelable at any time. Stipend of $100/month is credited the first three months and applied automatically.

6. FTC disclosure

You are a partner in a paid program. Every brand-collaboration post and affiliate link must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure (#ad, #sponsored, "paid partnership," or platform-native tools) in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides. We provide the recommended language per platform. Failure to disclose may result in removal from the program.

7. Tax forms

Once you reach $600 in calendar-year US-source earnings, US partners complete a W-9 and we issue a 1099-NEC. Non-US partners complete a W-8BEN at the same threshold. Forms are handled through our payment processor.

8. Cancellation

You may leave the program at any time by emailing partners@creatorcirclepartner.com. We close your account within five business days. Earnings accrued before closure are paid on the normal schedule.

9. Prohibited content

You agree not to use the program to promote illegal products, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that violates the host platform's terms.

10. No guarantees

Earnings depend on many factors and are not guaranteed. Testimonials and earnings figures shown on this site are individual reports and not typical results.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of $500 or the total amount we paid you in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless small-claims court applies.
