Creator Circle Partner LLC ("Creator Circle," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to creatorcirclepartner.com and the partner program operated by us.

1. What we collect

• Application data: name, email, phone (optional), primary platform, audience size range, and niche.
• Account data: payout method (ACH or PayPal), tax form (W-9 or W-8BEN, once US earnings exceed $600/year), and program preferences.
• Performance data: brand-deal deliverables, affiliate clicks and conversions, and community participation.
• Technical data: IP, browser, device, and cookies used to keep the site working.

2. What we do NOT collect

We do not request, store, or process social media passwords, login codes, two-factor codes, OAuth access tokens granting us posting authority, or government-issued ID. We will never ask you for these by email, phone, or SMS. If anyone claiming to represent Creator Circle asks you for credentials or ID, report it to security@creatorcirclepartner.com.

3. How we use it

• Review your application and run the partner program.
• Match you to brand briefs and affiliate offers that fit your audience.
• Send payments and meet our tax-reporting obligations.
• Communicate with you about your account, including SMS if you opted in.

4. SMS messaging

If you opt in to SMS, you may receive application updates and brand-match notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You may also email privacy@creatorcirclepartner.com to be removed from all SMS. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of participating in the program.

5. Sharing

We share data with payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), email infrastructure (Postmark), and analytics (privacy-first, no third-party ad pixels). We share brand-deal performance with the relevant brand. We do not sell personal data and do not "share" personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.

6. Your California (CCPA/CPRA) rights

If you live in California, you have the right to know, delete, correct, and limit how your information is used, and the right not to be retaliated against for exercising these rights. Email privacy@creatorcirclepartner.com to make a request. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days.

7. Your EU/UK (GDPR) rights

If you live in the EU or UK, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our lawful bases are contract (running the program) and consent (for SMS and marketing). Email privacy@creatorcirclepartner.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years after closure for tax and audit purposes. Marketing preferences are honored indefinitely.

9. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based internal access, and a documented incident response process. No system is perfect; we will notify affected partners within 72 hours of confirming a data breach involving their information.
