About
We started this because creators kept getting the short end.
Elena Park, co-founder, at our shared workspace in Brooklyn.
Creator Circle started in 2023 after Elena spent two years running creator partnerships at a larger marketing agency. The pattern she kept seeing was the same: small and mid-sized creators doing real work for brands, and getting paid late, paid less than promised, or not paid at all.
The bigger programs weren't broken — they just weren't built for working creators. They were built for influencers with managers. So she and her co-founder, Daniel, started something smaller. The rules are simple: brands we'd actually use, payment dates we hold ourselves to, and a hard line against ever asking a creator for credentials or ID.
We're an eight-person team. We run lean on purpose. Most of what we spend goes to creator payouts, not ad campaigns, which is how we keep applications free and the follower bar at zero.
